H3ichou shocked the world by being in charge of Roblox's social network on Twitter, something that had never happened before, and brought representation to women who work with GameDev and especially to the Brazilian Roblox market. How did this happen?
H3ICHOU
Ísis, better known as H3ichou on the internet, is a Brazilian GameDev whose hometown is Rio de Janeiro. H3ichou is 24 years old and currently works with Showcases on Roblox.
In these last few months, they have managed to do incredible feats as a developer, being an employee of the company GAMEFAM and updating their showcases.
Addicted to Cyberpunk style and neon lights, H3ichou published their first Showcase 2 years ago and being named "Cyberpunk Hotel". She is inspired by Pixel Arts artists to make her Showcases, and since her first publication, she has had almost 255,000 visits to her experiences.
Despite being very dedicated, Ísis has ADHD and needs to contain her uncontrolled anxiety, little does she know that Roblox would contact her to be able to give her the position of owner of the OFFICIAL account for 24 hours on Twitter.
THE ANNOUNCEMENT
Roblox made the announcement that H3ichou would take office soon and shocked a large part of the community, drawing the attention of major content creators and developers on the platform, it was something unprecedented and that had never happened before.
From there, as already imagined, several jokes emerged, asking H3ichou to share the password for the official Roblox account, use starcode or even publish an “egg” emoji (in reference to the EGG HUNTS).

H3ichou has published several of her creations as a talented developer.
Community reception was very positive, even if some comments were being toxic and rude to Iris. But, according to her, she was not shaken by it. It was something magical. A woman of Brazilian nationality was presenting herself to the world in a way that many believed to be something impossible...
TALKING WITH H3ICHOU
Now, a series of questions were asked and that was divided into two parts: The questions that the RoBlog team were asked and those from the Community of our blog.

P1: People were quite surprised by his presence on Twitter, you could see that a lot of people were confused but at the same time very excited. Roblox had never done this before, knowing they will probably do this more often, how did it feel to be the first and being a different nationality?
R1: I was sooooo excited and so honored, it was so much fun putting everything together with them, the Roblox team was super helpful and sweet. I really don't have words to describe how happy I am to have been chosen for this project, and I'm even happier that I could bring more visibility to the Brazilian player base. It's pretty crazy, I never thought I'd make it this far...
P2: Speaking of visibility, as a talented Gamedev, a lot of people ended up seeing your cyberpunk style, builds that involve a lot of neon and lights, which attracts a lot. Do you feel that now your Portfolio has gotten bigger knowing that everyone who follows Roblox on social media has seen it and great Developers like Minitoon have looked at you and congratulated you? If yes, have you planned on new projects?
R2: Wow of course! Collaborating directly with Roblox is a huge addition to my resume. At the moment I work full time modeling pro roblox games, at Gamefam. So Roblox is my work and my hobby lmao. But yes, I'm already working on new projects, new showcases and especially on expanding the bridge, I want to leave it there completely complete to explore, like that showcase called Neon District, I became friends with the people who did that project, and they gave me a lot of tips...
P3: Well, we found out that you have ADHD (from the speed build video on the vitamin dev channel), were you very anxious at the time of reception? Was it difficult to calm down yesterday? And how did you react to the comments? (As for the good ones and the ones who were rude to you)...
R3: Yes!! Good hahaha I'm "nervous" and anxious so far!! It's so much notification and so much happening at the same time that my brain breaks down. Can you believe that yesterday I even forgot to eat while answering people? When it was midnight I felt my stomach hurt and I remembered that I had only drunk water all day skksjdkenwks I was very happy with the positive reception, as for the negative comments, unfortunately part of the gamer community does not have good manners especially when it comes to women lol. So those kind of people I try to ignore as much as possible. Worse than the photos they used, I wasn't even the one who chose them, they asked permission to use my photos from Instagram and I gave them! But I try not to let it affect me, I know that these guys have a problem that goes beyond not liking my work...
P4: And how was your development start? Was it difficult to deal with the difficulties you had in programs like Blender or Roblox itself, or did you not have any problems? What do you recommend for breeders just starting out in the market?
R4: I found the beginning to be very smooth, there are a lot of tutorials and documentation online. For new creators, I recommend searching for "blender donut tutorial" on youtube lmao, this tutorial is great and that's how I learned it, I passed it on to my friends who also learned it. I also recommend that the person study English, you don't need a course, but at least start trying to read more in English and listen more in English, "because" there is much more market outside Brazil, so knowing how to speak English will greatly expand your horizon...
P5: About your representation on the Roblox account, do you think that eventually people will pay more attention to the Brazilian development market on Roblox? We are having a lot of new creators and promises here in Brazil. And do you really consider Roblox a job (one that truly sustains one's life) knowing that you do it and that 20+ experiences have managed to reach over 1 MILLION dollars in revenue?
R5: I do! Today I live alone supporting myself only with salary "q" I earn with Roblox, the market is huge. And with "ctz" more and more Brazil will stand out in Roblox, we always manage to stand out in the base players, with Roblox it will be no different. We are millions of people thirsty for representation, a few years ago I was talking about Roblox, nobody in my social bubble knew it, now everyone knows what it is or has heard of someone who plays it...
P6: Final Consideration?
R6: My final consideration is: Do what you like, look for a niche within roblox that you like, and work with it, when we like what we're doing, we put more affection into it. That's it I think lol!
